We had our architect briefing today. Am so excited to see the model. And I am sure you will be as excited as me when you can view the whole conceptualization of Hillion Residences.

We can see the whole integration of the MRT, LRT and the Bus Interchange with the shopping mall in the model.

Lastly, it is finalized that we will be opening up to clients with cheque to do the booking on the 18 March 2013, Monday! With all the anticipation on this project, as an agent, I do am wondering how is Sim Lian going to priced this project. But been marketed more than 1 development for Sim Lian, I am very sure it is going to be another project that is priced to sell!

Sim Lian is looking to launch on or after 18 March 2013. We are still taking instruction for the launch. So tune in for the latest news and update on the launch.

I personally think that Hillion is going to be one of the talk about project in the north west district. Looking at the pricing that developer going to price for this mixed developement. I'm sure this is 1 project that cannot be resist.
